The Algarve isn't just a place of work — it's my home. It's where my family has grown, where I've built lasting relationships, and where I've found a sense of belonging. I know the challenges — the uncertainty, bureaucracy, and endless questions — and I strive to guide others through them with clarity and insight.
Despite a Master's degree and a professional background in Pharmacology, I've always been drawn to entrepreneurship. Born and raised in Rivne, Ukraine, I founded my first travel agency in the late 1990s, serving both domestic and international clients. This small venture sparked a passion for guiding people through complex decisions — a passion I carried with me when I relocated to Portugal, which quickly became my forever home.
In the early 2000s, I joined RE/MAX as a sales consultant, immersing myself in the Portuguese transactional system and gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities of life-changing investments. Over time, I expanded my expertise by working with leading brands such as Keller Williams, Predimed, and Wyndham.
That same year, I opened my first real estate agency in the heart of Albufeira, guiding clients through every stage of buying, selling, and investing, and earning a reputation for clear, strategic advice tailored to each client's goals. Alongside my real estate career, I became certified in cognitive and sensorial stimulation techniques, gaining a deeper understanding of what truly matters to people.
Over the last five years, my main focus has been investment consulting, while also pursuing ventures like Woober (a women-only ride-hailing platform) and 4LEAF Charge (fast EV charging solutions). Alongside the many passions I've nurtured over the past 30 years, the brand 4LEAF Consulting was born — a reflection of my commitment to innovation, strategy, and sustainability.
Today, I combine deep knowledge of Portuguese legislation, local and international real estate markets, and a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship to create meaningful opportunities for clients — all under the inspiring, salty air of the Algarve.

I was born in a small Irish village in Longford, raised in a family where my father, a school principal, and my mother, a devoted mother of six, instilled values of knowledge, compassion, and resilience. Growing up surrounded by nature, sports, and family taught me discipline, teamwork, and the importance of loyalty.
I dedicated over 35 years to serving in a special branch of the police, guided by a sense of justice, courage, and a commitment to protect others. But my proudest role has always been fatherhood, raising three children with the same values that shaped my life.
Since the early 1980s, I've called the Algarve home. Here, I discovered a way of life full of sunlight, family, and connection, and began guiding clients and loved ones through the complexities of investing in Portugal. My work is rooted in honesty, clarity, and trusted local insight, helping others achieve their goals with confidence and peace of mind.
Today, I balance purpose with presence — on the golf course, in business, and with family — living by integrity, kindness, and a quiet strength that guides both my life and my work.
